The Kiss by Dante Gabriel Rosett size is i5 x 7 from the Victoria & Albert Museum in London, England. In the nineteenth century, artists were obsessed by medieval legends and art. Rosetti's stained glass work glorifies the romance of King René of Anjo and Isabella of Lorraine, who married in 1420. King René, an author of poems and romances, established an artists' colony at his court in 1442. This stained glass reproduction is the first in a series from the Victoria and Albert Museum.
