These heron statues are sold separately: the Medium Heron Head Low measures 8"W x 14"D x 36.5"H and weighs 14 lbs, while the Medium Heron Head High measures 7"W x 11"D x 38.5"H and also weighs 14 lbs. The Pump Kits DR-400 are sold separately and two are required to operate both statues.
