Garden Sprite Small Statue Replica by Frank Lloyd Wright

The Maid In The Mud GARDEN SPRITE is a desk-sized sandstone replica of one of the many such sculptures designed by Wright, and sculptured by Alfonzo Ianelli, that adorned the walls of Midway Gardens, Chicago, Illinois, (1913). Early in 1998, Nichols Bros was granted a license by the Frank Lloyd Wright Foundation®, to re-produce Garden Urns and Statuary designed by Mr. Wright. These pieces are faithfully re-produced from the original designs, and in some cases are scaled up or down, to fit many settings, large or small. These magnificent replicas are also hand-cast in sandstone, using a dry mix technique, resulting in a traditional sandstone look and feel, which is not achievable with poured concrete products. All products are covered by our standard 10-year warranty against manufacturing defects, including freeze/thaw damage. These products develop a rich patina, that simply gets better with age.
