How do I track my order?
To track your order, you need to login first and click on the Order Status Link. Enter your order number and click on Go. Order status is displayed subsequently.

How do I cancel an order?
To cancel an order, you must contact our customer service executive either by email (gloria@statue.com) or through telephone (618-692-1121) and they will give you further information.

Do you accept international orders?
International Orders is also possible, but it depends on your Merchant. If International Customers allowed option is set then International Orders can be placed.

How do I create an account?
To create an Account, Click on the New Customers Signup link at the top of the page. In the registration page fill in your details like user name, password, email id, address etc. and submit.

How do I edit my account information?
For Editing your Account information, you need to login first and then click on Account Info link, to see and modify your account details.

I forgot my password?
If you have forgot your password, click on the Forgot password link from the Login or My Account page. Subsequently you need to enter your user name or email id. The Password will be mailed to you at the email address given while registering.

To Check your Order status, you need to login first. Click on Order status link to check your order status by giving the Order number.

How can I add a shipping address to my address list?
To add a shipping address, click on Account Info. The details of your account are displayed. Click on the Add New Shipping Address button to add a new shipping address.

Can I have more than one shipping address?
Yes. You can specify as many shipping addresses as you want.

What is a default shipping address?
You may have specified more than one shipping address in your account information. The default shipping address is the address to which your order will be shipped unless you select another shipping address for this order.

How do I return a product?
To return a product, please call our customer service department (618-692-1121) to get a RMA number. Make sure that you write this RMA number on the box label when you return the product.

What are the modes of Returning?
Depending on what mode of return the Merchant has set, the mode of return are typically of three types: Return for Credit, Return for Refund and Return for Repair/Replacement .

How do I view a Friend's Wish List?
Enter the First name or Last Name or Event Name or eMail address of your friend or family member in the search box to find their Wish List. You will see the search results of the Wish List search.


How do I access Wish List?
If access code is provided for the Wish List, then it leads to Invitee Validation Page, else it shows the items within the Wish List. Enter the email address and access code to see the items in the Wish List.


After validating the email and access code, items in that Wish List are displayed. Items that are purchased from the Event Holder's Wish List will be sent to his Current shipping address.



How do I create a Wish List?
Click on the Wish List link. To create a Wish List you must first create a Everest Standard Edition account. If you already have an account, then login to the store. After Logging in, you can create a new Wish List by filling the required details, which will be his Current Wish List untill you want to change the Current Wish List. When you find a product that you want to add to your Wish List, click on the "Add to Wish List" link.

All the items added to the Wish List will be added to the Current Wish List.

What are downloadable items?
Downloadable Items include e-books, e-documents, softwares, sound samples, music etc

How much time does it take download?
The download time depends on your net connection speed and the number of users that are connected to our server at that particular instant of time.

What is shop by brand?
Shop by Brand is a feature for easy identification and shopping of a particular product. The user can switch the mode by clicking on Shop by Brands link on the page. By default the shop will be displaying items by categories.

How can I get back to categories?
If you are shopping by brand and if u need to switch to categories, there will be a link for Shop by Categories. On clicking it you will have the option of shopping by categories.

How can I place an order without using my credit card?
The other ways of paying for an order without using Credit card is by C.O.D, Check, Wire Transfer etc, depending on what kind of other payment methods the merchant has enabled for your Online Shopping.

Can I place an order without registering my account?
Before you place an order with us, you must register with us. We understand how valuable your time is and our registration has been designed to take up not more than a few minutes of your time. Once you have registered with us, you need not give your address and credit card details on future visits to our shop. This will save you the trouble of entering this information on every purchase you make from us.

What are the benefits of registration?
As a registered customer, you become entitled to special discount schemes and promotional pricing offers. These schemes would become available to you not only on orders you place at our web store but also to orders through other channels.

Can I change the expiration date of a credit card in my list?
No. You need to contact the merchant to update your Credit card expiration date and other details. We will soon have a feature for updating your card details online.

Why do I sometimes get this message - "There are more number of shoppers than the shop can allow!! Please come back after some time."?
This message will appear if the number of customers in the on-line shop exceeds the number that can be handled by the system. This message is displayed to any customer who visits the shop after the limit for permissible shoppers has been reached.

I already have an account with you. Do I need to register myself again on your web store?
No. If you already have an account with us, contact our Customer Service; they will give you your login name and password. You can login and then change your password.

The sales Tax is applicable only for those customers located in the state of Illinois.
